Stainless steel sintered mesh sheet is a kind of high-strength porous metal material formed by stacking multiple layers of stainless steel metal woven wire mesh and then consolidating them through a vacuum sintering process. It can operate stably for extended periods under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity media, and high pollution load conditions. Compared to traditional sintered mesh materials, metal sintered felt offers higher dirt-holding capacity, lower pressure drop, and a longer service life, and is widely used in liquid filtration, gas filtration, and high-temperature dust filtration applications.

Wire Mesh / Metal Fiber Preparation
Select multi-layer woven meshes of different mesh sizes based on the target filtration accuracy, permeability, and strength requirements. / Produce the uniform metal fibers through drawing or cutting processes, and the fiber diameter, length, and purity are screened and graded.

Stacking, Laying and Positioning
Stack and combine the metal wire mesh layers according to the structural design, ensuring the mesh direction and structural stability. / The metal fibers are evenly laid into a felt-like structure to form a three-dimensional porous network of interwoven fibers.

Surface Treatment and Pre-Pressing
The metal wire sheet need to be degreased, acid washed, or ultrasonically cleaned, remove oil and impurities. / The metal fiber felt is pressed to achieve the target thickness, density, and porosity, while also improving structural stability.

Cutting and Further Processing
Laser cutting, water jet cutting, punching, bending, welding, and other processing can be performed to produce filter elements, filter discs, filter plates, or composite filter structures to meet the customer's requirement.

Rolling, Flattening and Straightening
